It’s Not Global if It’s Not Local.

“Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.”

Once we have agreed on the big global idea, share that with each local client immediately.

Discuss with local clients if they have any questions and concern on the global idea or message.

Have an appreciation of the global idea. Have empathy of the local challenges.

What needs to be localised?

Should there be a local version of the brand?

Do we need to add local specific elements?

Help local clients to communicate to the global team when appropriate.

Make them feel involved so it will not be the first time they see the execution when they receive the adaptation.

When clients feel involved, they are more receptive to the idea.
